The Greatest Cookie Ever.

Hello Fellow Bakers,

We need to talk. I have stumbled upon the holy grail of cookies. And you need to know about it and you need to make them ASAP! In fact, if you don’t want to read the post and get straight to baking, I won’t blame you. You jump right on down to the recipe and get going! These cookies are just that amazing!IMG_7773.JPGThese cookies came about due to my never ending cookie craving. To find the perfect cookie or even to make the perfect cookie is a rare gem. It took quite a bit of hunting; but I finally discovered the only cookie recipe you will ever need. Seriously, you can go ahead and ditch every other cookie recipe out there and just keep this one.

There is one disclaimer. This recipe did not come out of the deep recesses of my brain. I know I know-you are probably thinking that I am some fraud that stands in the kitchen pretending to be a baker…but don’t give me too much backlash because the goodness lies ahead.

Three words. Half. Baked. Harvest. That’s right, go visit the website   right now! Tieghan is a genius and the greatest mastermind when it comes to creating innovative and delicious recipes! If you do not already know about Half Baked Harvest then you have quite honestly been missing out on so much! This cookie recipe is all hers! And it is perfection in every bit of the word!

In order not to steal, cheat, and deceive with recipes I have linked the ULTIMATE COOKIE RECIPE below:

A couple of things for you to note:

  1. Yes, it is an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. Don’t roll your
eyes or scratch this recipe out yet. This recipe is fantastic and deserves its love and appreciation.
  2. I used melted coconut oil in replace of the canola oil that the original recipe calls for. However, rather than using 1 cup start with 3/4 of a cup. This way you can control the moisture level in the dough. If the dough seems too dry go ahead and add more oil in.
  3. This dough is crumbly in nature. However, it will form into dough balls. Get your hands in there! Shape and bake!
  4. It will seem wrong to put all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, but trust the recipe! In a matter of time, the simple ingredients are transformed into a magical concoction of deliciousness!

Your Welcome.

Peace, Love, and Baking,
